By booking an appointment or purchasing services from Window Tint Factory you agree to these terms.
Services
We install automotive window film, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and related accessories at our Orlando locations. Final quote depends on vehicle make, model, year, and body type; the booking system provides an estimate, and our team confirms the final price before work begins.
Appointments & deposits
A small refundable deposit may be required to hold your slot. Deposits are applied to your final invoice or refunded if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments may forfeit the deposit.
Lifetime warranty
Window Tint Factory installs ship with a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and premature color shift — for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty covers film and labor. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, abrasive cleaners, automatic carwashes within 30 days of install, or attempts to clean the inside with the wrong products.
Tint Care
Tint Care is an optional add-on plan with three tiers (Essential, Plus, Premium). Coverage details, exclusions, and the claim process are described on the Tint Care page and govern the plan. Tint Care is annual and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and cash. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. For Tint Care, billing is annual via our payment processor.
Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to preserve any deposit. Tint Care plans can be cancelled anytime; coverage continues through the paid period.
Liability
We perform installations with industry-standard care. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the price of the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in Orange County, Florida.
